Policies 

Lash Fills

For your extensions to be considered a fill appointment you need to have at least 40% of your lashes left. Lash mini fills are a 1 week fill and you are expected to have at least 60% of your extensions remaining. If you fail to have these requirements met please book a full set appointment. Lash extensions are to be filled NO LATER than 3 WEEKS. You might still have plenty of lashes at the 3 week mark, but those lashes are grown out and will need to be removed at your appointment. Therefore to avoid being charged for a full-set please book your fills accordingly. 

Foreign Fills

If you would like to come for a fill and you have lashes from a previous artists please reach out before booking an appointment. You can email photos of your current lashes to honeysucklebeautyy@gmail.com or send over a photo to my instagram account @honeysucklelashes. I will get back to you to confirm if I am able to fill the previous artists work. If the work isn’t fit for a foreign fill, you will need to book a removal and full set appointment going forward.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment please give 24 HOURS NOTICE. If you fail to give the required notice this will incur a $20 cancellation fee. 

If you no show to an appointment, there will be a $20 fee applied to the service price when you rebook. In addition to a 50% deposit of the service. This helps to ensure appointment slots are not going to waste.

Late Policy

I understand things happen that can’t be avoided. But I have a strong no late arrival policy because I will not and can not rush my work. In order to achieve your desired look I need to utilize the full amount of time of your appointment. IF you are late, I will only accept clients NO LATER THAN 10 MINUTES after your appointment time. If it becomes a frequent matter, you will be required to give a 50% no refundable deposit that will go towards your service. Please reach out if you are going to be late and cannot make your appointment time and we will reschedule your appointment. 

Accepted Payment Methods

Currently I am accepting cash or e-transfer for payment. I do not accept credit, or debit. E-transfer can be sent directly to honeysucklebeautyy@gmail.com
